There are two ways to get your team involved:

• Annual Goals Consensus Workshop:
  • Deliverable: a categorized list of goals for the year, with input from all stakeholders
  • Investment:
    • 90 minutes (for all stakeholders) plus 90 minutes of prep (30-45 minutes of group leadership’s time).  Cost available on request
• Annual Action Planning Workshop (once goals are set):  
  • Deliverable: a calendared and coordinated set of key actions to implement your annual action plan, with input from all stakeholders
  • Investment
    • 4.5 hour workshop (for all stakeholders) plus 4.5 hours of prep (1-1.5 hours of group leadership’s time).  Cost available on request

We can provide these workshops virtually or in-person (in-person requires additional travel and material expenses). We can provide customized versions if you have more complex strategic planning needs.  Prices quoted are our market rates. Your status as a  B-corp, non-profit, cooperative, or solidarity entity may qualify you for discounts.   We also can provide Change Management and Project Management services (at additional cost) if you require more help to execute your actions
